Zack Snyder has gotten DC fans talking again, but this time it wasn’t a post of his own. He simply ‘liked’ a popular Instagram video that supported Henry Cavill’s portrayal of Superman.

The video, which has been seen over 300,000 times and posted by the _snydercut account, playfully criticizes those who said Zack Snyder’s portrayal of Superman was overly gloomy.

The video begins with a message saying, “I’m glad we have a new Superman now, Zack Snyder’s was too dark.” It then immediately shows footage of Henry Cavill’s Superman smiling, rescuing people, and being kind – directly challenging that criticism.

The video spread rapidly online, receiving tens of thousands of likes and numerous comments. When Snyder simply liked the post, his fans reacted with huge excitement.

Fans React To Snyder’s Subtle Move
