On Thursday, March 13th, an exciting installment of “The Young and the Restless” is set to unfold, brimming with tension as Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) confides his worries to Diane Jenkins Abbott (Susan Walters). Traci Abbott, played by Beth Maitland, has just announced her engagement, but it seems Jack might not fully approve. Given his protective nature, he could confide in Diane about his unease towards Traci’s rapid romance with Alan Laurent (played by Christopher Cousins). In another setting, it’s me, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden), who’s been giving my son, Adam Newman (Mark Grossman), a hard look lately. I’m not entirely convinced about his latest decisions, whether they concern his career, his personal life, or both. Although I’ve previously backed Adam’s reconciliation with Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan), I can’t help but have concerns about her connection with Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) that still lingers. Will Adam find himself in a situation where he has to pick between love and business, or does he have a strategy to demonstrate his command?
