BitMine Immersion Technologies, under the watchful eye of Tom Lee, added 40,302 ETH to its trove last week, as if tucking a fresh ledger page into a room already thick with numbers and the stale scent of coffee.
The total stands at about 4.243 million ETH – roughly 3.52 percent of all Ethereum – a figure that makes the clock tick louder and the photocopier cough with envy.
They have also staked more than two million ETH and continue developing their MAVAN validator network, hoping to coax a modest yield from a coin that behaves like a guest who forgets to leave the drawing room.
Backed by institutional investors, BitMine aims to enlarge its Ethereum treasury still further, as if a man could never have too many teacups or too much electricity for daydreaming about the future.
The firm’s strategy mirrors the manners of the big offices: a long view on ETH exposure and the scaffolding of staking infrastructure, with patience as a last name and irony as a middle name.
