I’m genuinely fond of Miller High Life, and I don’t express my affection for it ironically. The beer’s nickname as ‘The Champagne of Beers’ is truly justified. In 2023, my loyalty to the brand was clearly demonstrated when I transformed an unusual collection of chocolate flavored with Miller High Life into a delightful evening of culinary and alcoholic experiences. As a result, I eagerly anticipated the company’s latest offering-boozy, limited-edition ice cream push-pops-when they were released this summer.
As a follower, I can confidently affirm that a refreshing lager, reminiscent of a beer cocktail, indeed has the potential to double as an exquisite dessert. And, my friends, let me tell you, the Spaghett-sicle collaboration between Tipsy Scoop and Miller High Life surpassed all my expectations!
I follow in the footsteps of spaghetti when creating my own version, the Spaghett-sicle. This inventive beer concoction calls for a hint of aperitif, a splash of lemon, and a chilled Miller High Life. Just like its inspiration, the Spaghett-sicle boasts the same components. Given this, it’s exclusively for those who are 21 years old or older. Each pop contains authentic Miller High Life and packs an ABV of up to 5%.
As a fan, I’d enthusiastically say that Miller High Life and Tipsy Scoop have brilliantly captured the essence of their collaboration in a scoop! The ice cream boasts a sparkling effervescence, evoking the unmistakable crisp flavor of Miller High Life, with its champagne-like fizz. It delivers a pop of refreshment, layered with bittersweet notes of bold bitter orange, bright lemon, and herbal undertones that dance delightfully with High Life’s maltiness. And the finale? A citrus finish, offering a bright citrus zing that rounds out each refreshing taste, much like the perfect squeeze of fresh citrus that completes a proper spaghetti dinner!
I’d like to share with you that the aroma is reminiscent of Miller High Life beer, when you remove its plastic cover. The scent isn’t overpowering, but it’s quite noticeable. However, upon tasting, the primary flavor is that of ice cream. Despite this, the original description accurately captures the essence. A simpler comparison would be to an orange sorbet – it’s sweet, yet not excessively so like a poor-quality, pre-made alcoholic slushy. It also has a citrusy taste and leaves a refreshing sensation in your mouth, making it truly enjoyable.
Towards the finish, a subtle hint of beer flavor emerges, neither overpowering nor weak. As you continue to savor it, the beer taste becomes more pronounced, lingering on your palate. Although this dessert predominantly showcases its ice cream character, it remains a delight for those who appreciate beer flavors as well.

Beer enthusiasts all seem to appreciate this frozen, alcoholic mix. Unfortunately, Goldbelly is temporarily out of six-pack boxes, priced at $59.95. However, there’s good news – they mention they will be restocking the Spaghet-sicle soon.
Cheers, beer enthusiasts, especially those who love Miller High Life! Not only will it remain the “Champagne of Beers,” but also the “Beer for your Freezer.
