Wuchang: Fallen Feathers Release Date Set for July

Developer Leenzee together with publisher 505 Games have unveiled the launch date of the China-based Soulslike game, “Wuchang: Fallen Feathers,” which promises to make an already packed summer even more exciting.

According to a Steam announcement, the game is set for release on July 24th simultaneously on PC and modern gaming consoles.

Pre-ordering “Wuchang: Fallen Feathers” is similar to other contemporary games, offering you some additional perks. If you order before the game’s release, you’ll get two unique outfits, a brand new weapon, and a Glistening Mercury upgrade item as bonuses.

In addition to the standard version, there will also be a Premium Version of “Wuchang: Fallen Feathers” available. This special edition comes with an extra four outfits and weapons, plus a Changhong Blood Skill Upgrade item. Though you’ll gather many items on your adventure, having this headstart is definitely advantageous!

If you haven’t encountered “Wuchang: Fallen Feathers” yet, it’s an action RPG resembling Soulslike games, set within the Shu kingdom during the Ming dynasty’s late period. The protagonist is Wuchang, a pirate who has lost his memory and must confront not only the mysteries of his past but also a devastating condition called the Feathering.

During your journey, you’ll encounter “grim monstrosities,” delve into “deserted sanctuaries” and “neglected relics,” and collect fragments of Wuchang’s forgotten past. This seems quite standard fare for games reminiscent of Souls-like titles.

On July 24th, the game “Wuchang: Fallen Feathers” takes flight on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S platforms. If you have a PC or Ultimate Game Pass subscription, you’ll also be able to access it through your membership.
