Engage in conversation with her, and she will reward you with Soft Rush Flowers on three occasions.

After discussing with the Storyteller and crossing a crucial juncture, step outside the house. To your left, you’ll find Fang Yao, accompanied by He Youzai only if you haven’t inadvertently disrupted his questline. Approach Fang Yao to receive one Soulgrass as a reward.

Reverent Temple (Worship’s Rise in Ruins)

Upon arriving at the Reverent Temple, veer left towards the formerly unreachable location where Fang Yao can be spotted seated on the ground. Engage in conversation with her to obtain the Research Journal – Scrap and the Ring of Samsara – Effect, a crucial item essential for achieving the true ending in the game.
