As suggested by the official summary, Markle offers her own insights and practical advice, choosing fun and flexibility over rigidity, demonstrating how to find beauty in unconventional situations.
In the first season, famous personalities such as Mindy Kaling (an actress and writer), Abigail Spencer, chefs Roy Choi and Alice Waters, among others, were showcased. The Duchess was observed participating in practical activities like cooking, baking, gardening, and more with her guests.
The series is jointly created by Markle and Harry’s production company, Archewell Productions, along with Sony’s Intellectual Property Corporation. Besides Meghan Markle, who worked on Suits, Chanel Pysnik from Archewell, Aaron Saidman, Eli Holzman, and Michael Steed from IPC serve as executive producers for the program.
In addition to starring in it, the final person involved has also taken charge as director, with Leah Hariton overseeing production as showrunner. The reality series focusing on lifestyle has sparked varied responses from viewers. Some were charmed by the Duchess’s unique characteristics, while others perceived her as pretentious and detached from reality.
