In the story ‘An Evening Sky Without Magic,’ Meg collects 40 usable tears and 10 mixed ones, asserting she can foretell those who will weep with happiness. Faust, troubled by her deceptive practices, prohibits her from employing magic. Likewise, Fine feels dismayed by Meg’s lack of respect for people’s unique emotions.
Roaming around the town, Meg recognizes she can’t recall the people she assisted, like a mother who appreciated a mended keepsake. Feeling embarrassed, Meg aids an old woman without using magic or having any preconceived notions. Eventually, she discovers the locals refer to her as “The Witch of Lapis,” a title bestowed upon her due to her genuine goodwill.
In the seventh episode of “Once Upon A Witch,” titled “Death,” Meg, who has recently been referred to as the “Witch of Lapis,” will be invited to an extraordinary Magic Ceremony that occurs only once every twenty years. During this event, she comes across a secretive girl accompanied by spirits and together they delve into the enigmatic venue.
In the upcoming episode, it seems that Meg’s magical abilities will be put to the test yet again, possibly against a formidable mage or another member of the Seven Great Sages. With tough obstacles on the horizon, Meg remains committed to assisting others genuinely if she wishes to collect enough tears to lift her curse.
‘Words, Disaster, and Ceremony’ – The Seventh Episode of Once Upon A Witch’s Death is set for release on Tuesday, May 13th, 2025, at 11:30 pm (Japan Standard Time). With the consideration of global time zones, the majority of international viewers should be able to tune in on the very same day.
