Based on PEOPLE’s report, Yellowjackets hasn’t been officially confirmed for a fourth season yet. But there’s hope since the show has experienced an increase in viewership this year. Back in February, Paramount Global declared that the Season 3 premiere outperformed the debut of Season 2, with approximately 2 million viewers watching on Showtime and Paramount+, as reported by Variety.

To add on, according to Deadline, by the next month, the viewership for Season 3 increased by a significant 39% on Paramount+ with Showtime compared to Season 2.

Regarding anticipation for the fourth season of the gripping television series, since an official go-ahead hasn’t been given, it’s premature to speculate about its release date at this point.

Instead, considering the past release schedule, the debut of Yellowjackets’ first season took place in November 2021. The second season aired in March 2023, while the third season is scheduled for February 2025.

Significantly, a roughly two-year interval occurred between the end of the second and start of the third season. If the creators continue at this pace, there’s a strong possibility that Yellowjackets season 4 (should it be renewed) might air around 2027.
