Will Trent Season 3, Episode 3 Recap: What’s Next in Will and Angie’s Relationship?

In the role as a dedicated follower, I must say that Season 2 of Will Trent offered a more leisurely narrative focused primarily on Angie Polaski’s character, portrayed by Erika Christensen. But the most recent season has unveiled an engaging plotline. The third episode of Season 3, broadcasted on January 21, presented Angie with a standalone case that might be intricate but offers an excellent platform for her character to evolve.

Unfortunately, it seems like viewers won’t get to witness her reconciliation with Will Trent, played by Ramón Rodríguez, for some time in the future.

In the recent installment, entitled “Seeking a Fresh Watering Hole,” I found myself alongside Will, Faith, Amanda, and our top-tier GBI team, delving into the mystery surrounding the contamination of a prominent banking dynasty.

But the most intriguing part sets in when Angie delves into investigations and stumbles upon a deceased body on a golf course. At first, it appears to be a dead swan, but what leaves her astounded is the discovery of a human finger inside its beak. Later, she reaches out to Alma, a resident of Waldorf Estates and mother of a swan enthusiast, about this unsettling find.

Over time, it becomes apparent that Angie and Will cross paths once more. Nevertheless, in this particular installment, Angie clarifies that any future encounter between them hinges solely upon the extent of their collaboration in their respective professions.

In the meantime, Will clearly expresses his lack of interest in developing a romantic connection with Angie moving forward.

For fans anticipating good news regarding Angie and Will’s romantic journey, Episode 3 of Season 3 delivers an unfortunate twist, hinting that their future as a couple might not be in the cards.
