As reported by People magazine, it’s official that the cast revealed this news at their Season of Love fan festival, which took place in London on Valentine’s Day, 2025.

In Season 4, we’ll see Ashley (Kate Sharma) and Bailey (Anthony Bridgerton), accompanied by their on-screen child, according to the Bridgerton team at the recent event.

In June, during a press conference at the Monte Carlo Television Festival, Ashley was queried about the possibility of her character and Bailey’s reappearing on the show. She expressed her hope for their return, stating, “I truly hope it happens,” further explaining, “Johnny and I have such a deep affection for our characters, Kate and Anthony—their dynamic and the significance they hold for the series,” as reported by People magazine.

Ashley added, “We’ll surely try to adjust our schedules to ensure it’s feasible, if possible.

It seems that in the next season, not only will Kate Sharma and Anthony Bridgerton be present with their newborn, but there are also other surprises to look forward to. Netflix has shared some snapshots from the upcoming series, one of which features Penelope Featherington (portrayed by Nicola Coughlan) and Benedict Bridgerton (played by Luke Newton) with a baby.
