It’s possible that Kate Hudson may not marry her fiancé, Danny Fujikawa, as she expressed a preference for remaining perpetually engaged and avoiding the legal commitment of marriage during her interview on The Drew Barrymore Show.
For the past three years, Hudson and Fujikawa have been an engaged couple, with no immediate plans for them to exchange vows, as reported about the actress from ‘How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days.’
During her chat with Barrymore, the Bride Wars star expressed, “Contractual matters are challenging for me, as I value my independence and cherish the notion of freedom.” She also mentioned her preference for “the concept of eternal engagement.
Additionally, Hudson shared with the crowd that her parents, Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell, are not legally married and have been in a committed relationship since 1983. The actress emphasized to the audience that Russell and Hawn “have never signed the papers. They’ve been engaged since I was just seven years old.
Hudson additionally disclosed that contrary to many others, she focuses more on the logistics and financial aspects of getting married, rather than experiencing the excitement of partying or donning beautiful gowns.
The actress explained that she doesn’t feel the same excitement as others about getting married, stating instead, “It’s more like, ‘Ugh, I need to plan this, and it’s going to be expensive.’ It’s all too much for me.
In the past, the Fool’s Gold star had been married to Chris Robinson and together they had a child named Ryder Robinson. Their marriage lasted for seven years before ending.
