Why Is Blac Chyna Getting Sued By Ex Twin Hector? Domestic Violence Lawsuit Explained

As a long-time fan of Blac Chyna, it’s truly disheartening to see her name mired in such troubling allegations yet again. I remember her vibrant personality and strong presence on reality TV shows that brought me hours of entertainment. However, the repeated accusations of domestic violence against her former partners paint a grim picture that is hard to ignore.

Angela White, known as Blac Chyna from modeling and TV appearances, is being sued for domestic violence by her former boyfriend, rapper Twin Hector (real name Taiyon Hector). The lawsuit claims that during their three-year relationship, Chyna physically and verbally harmed Twin. This case was filed on September 23, 2024, in the California Superior Court, accusing her of domestic violence, civil assault, and battery.

Speaking from personal experience as a lifestyle expert, I found myself entangled in a challenging situation shortly after moving into the Woodland Hills residence in August of 2020. The individual I was referring to, known as Chyna, had a heavy reliance on alcohol and drugs, according to my own observations and reports from PEOPLE magazine. This revelation sheds light on certain incidents that transpired during our shared living experience.

According to the rapper’s assertion, Chyna would turn aggressive and verbally abusive when under the influence, frequently attacking him unprovoked. The court case states that Chyna repeatedly struck him with punches, slaps, shoves, and kicks multiple times.

Additionally, Twin asserts that Chyna made threats of harming him on multiple instances, be it during heated disputes or while he was asleep. He insists he tried to dodge the attacks and even tried to hold her back, believing she needed assistance. However, despite his efforts to encourage her to seek help, he claims she declined and instead blamed him for not fulfilling her requests.

A significant point of contention within the legal case revolves around an occurrence that took place in September 2021. Twin asserts that Chyna awoke him by launching a physical assault involving closed-fist, elbow, and knee blows directed towards his face and body.

In the aftermath of the assault, he asserted that the strikes caused him temporary blindness and caused blood to drip from his wounded face. Subsequently, according to reports, Chyna contacted her personal physician to tend to Tyson’s wounds at their residence.

As per the court case, the physician recommended that Twin consult numerous specialists, such as a plastic surgeon, an eye specialist (ophthalmologist), and a neurologist, for treating his wounds.

Twin asserts that the occurrence left him with a broken nose, significant facial lacerations, an eyelid scar, whiplash, nerve damage, and persistent headaches. Moreover, he alleges that the incident resulted in sleep disturbances and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

Previously, Blac Chyna has faced allegations of abuse, and this specific incident is not the only one. In April 2022, Rob Kardashian, who was once engaged to Chyna and is the father of their daughter Dream, provided testimony in court stating that Chyna had attempted to harm him.

As per Kardashian’s account, in December 2016, Chyna attempted to choke him using an iPhone cord, struck him with a metal object, and brandished an unloaded firearm at him. Later on, Chyna asserted that the incident was just a joke and denied any harmful intentions behind her actions.
