On December 1st, the singer behind “Cake By The Ocean” posted a TikTok video detailing his attempt at messaging Chalamet about a year ago.
The video showed a snapshot of a message “I miss you” he had sent to Timothée Chalamet, which was followed by a selfie of one of the Jonas Brothers bandmates. He explained in the caption that he had sent this text from his friend’s phone last December, hoping for a reply.
In the subsequent TikTok clip, another selfie of Joe was showcased along with the text “He still hasn’t responded this December.” followed by “I hope this clarifies!” The track Thoughts of You by Ole 60 played in the background. His caption read, “Stay tuned for next December to find out more!
