As a lifestyle expert who has had the privilege to observe and analyze the lives of many artists and celebrities, I can honestly say that BeatKing was truly one of a kind. His music, his energy, and his spirit will forever be etched in our hearts.
Trigger warning: This article contains a reference to death.
Today, it’s with heavy hearts we report the passing of Justin Riley, better known by his stage name BeatKing, at the age of 39. Known not only for his rapping skills but also as a producer, his demise was confirmed by his manager via an Instagram post.
On the 15th of August, I, an ardent admirer, couldn’t help but notice a poignant post from Tasha Felder, our beloved rapper’s manager, on Instagram. She paid tribute to him, reminding us of his incredible career and the undying love we hold for him. His legacy continues to resonate in our hearts.
On August 15, 2024, it’s been announced that BeatKing, the beloved figure of Clubgodzilla for more than a decade, has passed away. His contributions to music and collaboration with numerous artists have ensured an enduring legacy. He adored his daughters, Clubgodparenting, his craft, and his fans. We will always cherish his memory.
Born and raised in Texas, as stated by iHeart, Riley found his passion for music in 2010, performing alongside his mother at church. His musical journey began with the release of a mixtape titled “Kings of the Club.”
As a devoted fan, I’ve had the pleasure of witnessing the posthumous release of a renowned rapper’s works, such as “Club God” and a collaborative album from 2014 with the late Gangsta Boo. My journey through his career has been filled with collaborations, including those with Bun B, Paul Wall, Chamillionaire, Lil Keke, DJ Chose, Dorrough Music, and numerous others. I’ve also had the opportunity to see him work alongside 2 Chainz, Juicy J, and Daz Dillinger.
As a devoted musician, I carved out a niche for myself in the vibrant Texas scene throughout the 2010s, with my music resonating in clubs and college parties. Fast forward to 2020, when my song “Then Leave” exploded on TikTok, catapulting me into the international limelight.
Apart from SDAB, where he teamed up with 2 Chainz and Juicy J, he was also recognized for hits like Outside, Keep It Poppin (with Ludacris), and Queendom Come, 20 Ratchets. In the year 2024, this rapper released two albums – Get Money, Bi***, and Never Leave Houston On A Sunday.
As a devoted follower, I’ve noticed many fellow fans expressing their sympathies beneath my manager’s recent post about Riley, also known as Beatking. In response, Juicy J, on his Instagram account, penned a heartfelt message: “Rest in peace BEATKING, this one really hurts.”
Currently, I’m unable to disclose the reasons behind the passing of a 39-year-old individual at this time. However, he leaves behind two precious daughters who were a significant part of his life.
