Actress Natalie Portman is now in a relationship with the French musician Tanguy Destable. Rumors of their romance surfaced back in March 2025, after the French publication Voici suggested they were an item.
On that very day, pictures emerged in the Daily Mail depicting the couple strolling hand-in-hand in the beautiful cityscape of Paris. In these snaps, Destable was captured with his arm affectionately around Portman, and even planting a sweet kiss on her head.
People have also made it official that they are in a relationship. This is the first time Natalie Portman has publicly acknowledged a romantic involvement since parting ways with her former spouse, Benjamin Millepied.

In 2023, he teamed up with Lady Gaga in a collaboration with Dom Pérignon. Additionally, he has contributed to film scores, such as I’m Still Here (Je suis toujours là) and the theme song for Peacock’s Those About to Die, working alongside Woodkid.
Prior to his relationship with Portman, Destable was previously married to Louise Bourgoin, a French actress recognized for her roles in movies such as The Extraordinary Adventures of Adèle Blanc-Sec and the TV series Interns. The duo had been together for over a decade before parting ways. They share two children.
Portman and Destable each have kids from past unions. Their son Aleph came into being in 2011, while their daughter Amalia arrived in 2017. In an interview with Billboard in 2017, Destable shared that he dedicated the song “Hello E” from the EP Inquisifunk to his first-born child.
According to his Instagram profile, Destable hails from Paris. Similarly, Portman too shares a connection with the city; in 2014, she relocated to Paris following Millepied’s appointment at the Paris Opera Ballet.
