The ideal spot to gather Scrap Iron is Weapon Racks, which tend to appear fairly frequently in Dermak Undercity. By interacting with these racks, you’re bound to receive some form of Scrap, increasing your chances of getting Iron Scrap significantly. Another convenient location for Scrap Iron is Avakot, who can be encountered randomly in the Overworld. He might show up near you as you explore, and if he has Scrap Iron available, you can purchase up to 10 pieces from him.

The most promising places to discover them are Enchanted Shimmering and Radiant chests, and you might also find a few of them in the Sinecure Gauntlet Chests located within Sinecure-governed zones.
