During his interview on The Late Late Show with James Corden in May of that year, the famous actor couldn’t stop praising Lady Gaga, who had written the theme song for his upcoming movie Top Gun: Maverick. In April 2022, it was announced that Gaga would be writing this song for the sequel to the original 1986 Top Gun film. When she released Hold My Hand, a heartwarming ballad, the actor (known for his Mission Impossible roles) was genuinely impressed.
