Actress representing Rue from Dune: Part Two shared some insights during her latest interview on Entertainment Weekly’s The Awardist podcast.
“There’s only so much high school drama you can deal with,” she explained.
Even though Zendaya didn’t share much information about the upcoming season, she openly acknowledged that she isn’t certain about what lies ahead.
As a devoted fan, I must confess that I’m unsure about the specific details of the upcoming season, but one thing I can certainly confirm is that a significant leap in time is on the horizon!
Expressing delight over the upcoming season, Zendaya hinted that viewers will delve deeper into characters’ lives, going beyond the limits of the high school experience.
Additionally, she clarified that the events and experiences the students underwent throughout their high school journey would significantly influence their development as adults. The series offers a glimpse into the potential individuals these students may grow into over time.

As a devoted fan, I’m thrilled to share that we’re moving forward with Season 3! HBO announced it themselves, and I can hardly contain my excitement. Now, according to Casey Bloys, Chairman and CEO of HBO, the filming is set to commence in early 2025. So, mark your calendars folks, because we’ve got a fantastic journey ahead!
The team responsible for the series is anticipated to release an entire season, which will likely contain eight extensive episodes.
