As someone who has followed Sean Diddy Combs‘ illustrious career for decades, it is heart-wrenching to see him facing such challenging times. From the heights of success to being served cereal for breakfast at Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center, his life seems to have taken a drastic turn.

After being arrested on September 16, 2024, the former disreputable rapper finds himself adapting to an unusual dietary routine during his incarceration at Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center.
On September 20, 2024, at 6:00 a.m., as he waits for his trial, the rapper was given cereal, fruit, and a breakfast pastry for his meal.
As per PEOPLE, this happens to be a common morning meal for inmates at the MDC-Brooklyn.
According to the statement made by the outlet, the Federal Bureau of Prisons’ national menu offers a variety of weekday meals ranging from oatmeal to toast. Interestingly, the report adds that coffee is exclusively served to inmates on the weekends.
Weekday lunch is served right at 11:00 am, while the dinner is served after the 4 p.m. headcount.
At Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center, the meals often vary between options such as hamburgers, baked fish, beef tacos, and scrambled eggs. Weekend meals occasionally include biscuits.
For the meal choices, you’ll find a variety including chicken fajitas, pasta, and roast beef on the menu. Additionally, the prison offers nutritious, heart-healthy options that cater to vegetarians, such as lentils, tofu, and baked beans.
On September 17th, lawyers Marc Agnifilo and Teny R. Geragos, who are representing Sean Diddy Combs, submitted a bail proposal arguing that the Brooklyn facility is unsuitable for pre-trial detention due to its appalling conditions, which they described as horrific.
Agnifilo and Geragos suggested that the renowned rapper should reside at his home in Florida under constant 24/7 surveillance by a security team. In their plan, they noted that the artist would live alone, with the security team keeping an eye on an approved guest list.
Nevertheless, another plea for bail was turned down as well. This marked the second time a bail request from the rapper known as It’s All About The Benjamins was refused.
According to a 14-page document filed by the prosecution, they claimed that Sean “Diddy” Combs forced several women to take part in intricate and staged sexual acts with prostitutes.
During his first few days in prison, the artist known as “Bump, Bump, Bump” was kept under close observation due to concerns for his mental well-being.
