The sports comedy series “Running Point,” previously mentioned, is produced by the same streaming service and features an impressive cast that includes Brenda Song, Drew Tarver, Scott MacArthur, Fabrizio Guido, Toby Sandeman, Chet Hanks, Jay Ellis, and Kate Hudson.
The plot of Running Point centers on a well-known basketball squad, known as the Los Angeles Waves, and a commercial enterprise that an actress from the movie “Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery” is involved in.
Over the course of time, following a tragic accident involving one of the team’s owners, Hudson was given the opportunity to assume the role of president.
Indeed, this situation will undoubtedly intensify the challenges that Isla Gordon, portrayed by Hudons, will encounter in the coming days.
According to the official summary of the show, due to a major scandal, Isla’s brother is compelled to step down from his role as president. Now, it falls upon Isla to assume the presidency of one of the most prosperous professional basketball teams, the Los Angeles Waves, while managing her family business.
