What Does Liam Payne’s Partial Autopsy Report Say? ‘Multiple Substances’ Claim Explored

As a lifestyle expert with decades of experience, I cannot help but feel a profound sense of sadness and shock upon learning about Liam Payne’s tragic demise. It is heart-wrenching to see such a talented individual, who brought joy to millions through his music, leave us far too soon.

According to ABC News’ sources, an initial examination of Liam Payne’s body found various substances in his system at the time of his death, which occurred after he fell from a third-floor balcony of his hotel room in Buenos Aires on October 16th. Among these substances was what’s commonly known as “pink cocaine,” a recreational drug that typically contains mixtures of methamphetamine, ketamine, and MDMA, rather than the traditional form of cocaine, according to the National Capital Poison Center.

According to the reports, it was revealed by the sources that a makeshift pipe made of aluminum, suspected to be used for consuming drugs, was discovered in Payne’s hotel room.

As reported by ABC News, the autopsy on the late 31-year-old former One Direction member isn’t complete yet, so his body will stay in Argentina for now.

Prior to Payne’s unfortunate demise, officials at CasaSur Hotel contacted emergency services, expressing their concern about a guest who seemed to be under the influence of drugs and alcohol. I felt a sense of urgency in relaying this message, as I was uncertain whether the guest’s life was at risk, given his location in a room equipped with a balcony. My fear stemmed from the possibility that he might take an action endangering his own life. This was the essence of what I communicated to the emergency services.

Upon their arrival, authorities discovered Payne’s lifeless body in the hotel’s interior courtyard. He was declared dead on the spot by Alberto Crescenti, director of SAME (Buenos Aires Emergency Medical Service), as stated to ABC News earlier.

An initial autopsy report from Argentina’s Public Prosecutor’s Office indicated that Payne passed away due to extensive injuries and both internal and external bleeding. The body of the Teardrops singer was found to have 25 different injuries, including head wounds severe enough to be fatal.

Previously, authorities from Buenos Aires’ Security Ministry reported discovering various substances and damaged items in Payne’s hotel room. An employee of the hotel who is believed to have provided drugs to him on his final day is currently under official questioning, but no arrest has been made, and no charges have been filed against them as of now, according to ABC.

Following his tragic passing, the singer is being honored by his fellow musicians as a constant source of comfort during difficult periods in their lives. Fans worldwide are expressing their grief over him by organizing candlelight vigils and other tributes.

Payne is mourned by his family members, which include his parents, Geoff and Karen, as well as his elder sisters Ruth and Nicola. Additionally, he leaves behind a seven-year-old son, Bear Grey, who was born to his ex-partner Cheryl Cole.
