Chrisean Rock’s legal troubles escalate as she could potentially spend up to eight years behind bars following her conviction on charges related to marijuana possession with the intent to sell and possession of a controlled substance. The issue arises because she reportedly lacked the necessary tax stamp for these substances, according to HotNewHiphop.
In June, the reality star Rock was taken into custody following her attendance at rapper Blueface’s court hearing. They have a son together. At the moment, she is detained at the Northeast Oklahoma Community Corrections Center in Vinita, Oklahoma, according to reports. There are rumors that a warrant issued from her confrontation with James Wright Chanel at a Tamar Braxton concert last year led to her arrest in California. However, these speculations have not been verified.
Chanel apparently filed charges against her in February, accusing her of hitting him in the face. After spending 30 days in a Californian jail, Chrisean was moved to Oklahoma due to an outstanding warrant linked to a drug-related arrest that occurred in 2022.

This means their son is growing up without his parents for now. However, according to the child’s manager Wack 100, Blueface is anticipated to be freed soon.
On Saturday, August 3rd, Chrisean’s sister, Terrine, posted an Instagram video updating fans about Chrisean’s expected homecoming before her son’s birthday. She expressed her eagerness to be present for their emotional reunion, mentioning that they both miss each other deeply.
If found guilty, Chrisean Rock could potentially spend up to four years behind bars for each of the accusations she’s facing.
