During the ongoing court case, P Diddy’s ex-bodyguard, Gene Deal, shared significant insights about the close relationship between him and the rappers. In an interview with The Art of Dialogue, Deal opened up about his viewpoint on their tight bond.

During a chat with a media outlet, Deal found himself fielding queries regarding the rumored tension between Jay-Z and Diddy, following the recent court case they were involved in.

The ex-bodyguard replied, “Just how tight were Diddy and Jay-Z? So close that they weren’t playing basketball, baseball, football, or hockey or soccer. In fact, it was so close that Diddy would step onto the stage, slap Jay-Z on the backside, and address everyone saying, ‘Nobody can refer to me as Sean except Jay-Z.’

Previously, Deal worked as a security officer for Boy Band Records, an establishment established by Sean Combs, also known as P Diddy.

The ex-employee explained during his interview, “They were extremely close because they had similar-looking women with them, and whenever they saw each other, they would ask about one another’s thin female companions. This, it seems, was a unique form of camaraderie.
