On Wednesday, we’re edging ever closer to the second season of its Netflix run. The production will now move into post-production, with a tentative release date set for around 2025. Filming for season one was completed in March 2022 and premiered eight months later in November. Given this timeline, we might expect to see the second season as early as this coming summer, possibly in July or even August.
Although we’re unsure about the exact release date, it’s been confirmed that several actors will be part of the cast for the upcoming season. Besides Ortega, you’ll see Emma Myers, Joy Sunday, Jamie McShane, Catherine Zeta-Jones, Luis Guzmán, Isaac Ordonez, Hunter Doohan, and Fred Armisen returning for another round of excitement in the second season of Wednesday.
In the second season of “Wednesday”, some highly prominent guest stars will make an appearance.
