‘We Hold Onto The Truth’: Sean Diddy Combs’ Children Show Support For Father As Rapper Remains Imprisoned

As a long-time fan who has watched Diddy‘s journey unfold, I must say that this recent turn of events is disheartening and unsettling. However, what truly touches my heart is the unwavering support his children are showing him during these trying times. Their statement was a testament to the bond between father and child, a bond that transcends public opinion and accusations.

Sean “Diddy” Combs’ offspring are staying by their father during his legal predicaments and allegations of rape. On October 22nd, all six of Combs’ children – Quincy, Justin, Christian, Chance, and twins D’Lila and Jessie – released a unified statement to PEOPLE, expressing their support for Diddy as he faces indictment charges.

1) The rapper was accused of crimes related to sex trafficking, racketeering, and arranging prostitution. This past month has been incredibly difficult for his family, as the accusations against him have led to widespread judgment. They believe that unfounded rumors, conspiracy theories, and misleading stories have been unfairly spread about them on social media platforms, leading to an absurd situation.

Together, we’re with you all the way,” the statement went on. Diddy’s kids asserted that they possess the “true facts” and that these will ultimately triumph. They also emphasized that their family’s resilience cannot be shattered until then. Lastly, they sent a heartfelt message to their father, saying “We miss you and love you,” in bold print.

On October 15, Tuesday, the artist joyously marked his daughter Love Sean’s second birthday on Instagram by posting a series of photos featuring his little girl and their adorable father-daughter moments. In the caption, he expressed his love for her with the words: “Happy Birthday @loveseancombs! Your daddy is filled with affection for you.” Unfortunately, Combs is currently incarcerated at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, as he was denied bail on two separate occasions.

On October 10, Combs’ family traveled to New York City to stand by him during his hearing in federal court. A family source shared with PEOPLE then that the children were “overjoyed to lend their support to their father.” Overall, the entire family was thrilled to come together in solidarity.

Last month, the rapper was indicted on multiple charges of sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation to engage in prostitution and was immediately taken under custody. Diddy has pleaded not guilty to the charges against him, and his attorneys have filed another appeal to get him released on bail before his upcoming trial, which is scheduled to take place in May 2025.
