On the fundraising page, Roberts disclosed that the resolution of her estate related to the Prince Andrew case is underway in Australia, and it may take several years for the proceedings to be completed.

To clarify for those who might not know, Prince Andrew faced allegations that he took advantage of Giuffre on three separate instances when she was still a minor. In the year 2022, he chose to settle the lawsuit out of court. Roberts further explained that the memorial isn’t solely dedicated to Giuffre, but serves as a tribute to all survivors and advocates who empathize with her ordeals. Moreover, she vowed to carry on Giuffre’s crusade for legal reform, aiming to safeguard victims of sexual abuse and ensure that perpetrators cannot evade justice.

This past week, the family of Giuffre shared a handwritten message she penned prior to her passing. In this message, Giuffre expressed the need for unity among us all in advocating for the rights of survivors. She further emphasized that protesting is merely the beginning of a lengthy battle ahead.
