The initial trailer for “Daredevil: Born Again” has revealed enticing plot points and characters for the upcoming first season. It’s now confirmed that Muse will take on the role of the villain, while the presence of White Tiger lends credence to earlier rumors about her appearance. To start off the season, Bullseye will be behind bars.

The trailer subtly suggests a possible alliance between Matt Murdock and Kingpin, which may not last long. Surprisingly, the series connects with Ms. Marvel by introducing Yusuf Khan, who is Kamala Khan’s father. Moreover, it confirms the reunion of Matt and Frank, a connection that was previously suggested in behind-the-scenes photos.

Daredevil: Reborn features Charlie Cox reprising his role as Matt Murdock/Daredevil, alongside Vincent D’Onofrio’s return as Wilson Fisk/Kingpin who is seeking the office of mayor. Jon Bernthal also returns as Frank Castle/The Punisher. Newcomers to the cast include Margarita Levieva as Heather Glenn, Michael Gandolfini as Daniel Blade, and Kamar de los Reyes as Hector Ayala/White Tiger. Key recurring characters are Deborah Ann Woll as Karen Page, Elden Henson as Foggy Nelson, and Wilson Bethel as Benjamin “Dex” Poindexter/Bullseye.

In March 2025, you can expect the new series to debut on Disney+. The series will feature a total of 18 episodes, split evenly into two seasons with nine episodes in each season. This series is planned for Phase Five of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
