Auroch Digital is creating a new game called Warhammer Survivors, a roguelike auto-battler, with the team behind the popular game Vampire Survivors, Poncle. This makes it an official spin-off title.
Warhammer Survivors, a game planned for release on PC in 2026, will let players control characters from both the Warhammer 40,000 and Age of Sigmar universes. So far, confirmed playable characters include Malum Caedo (from Warhammer 40,000: Boltgun), Trooper Kozlowski, and Brother Luca, alongside fantasy heroes Neave Blacktalon, Gotrek Gurnisson, and Sharynn Azurwrath. Players will battle against enemies like the Tyranids and the Skaven.

Players can look forward to the classic ‘survivors’ gameplay experience: waves of enemies, effortless attacking, and a huge variety of upgrades and weapons. The game’s levels are designed with inspiration from the Warhammer 40,000 and Age of Sigmar universes.
Okay, so everything you get in the game – weapons, upgrades, everything – is totally Warhammer themed, which is awesome. Think Boltgun, Chainsword, Whirlwind Axes… you get the idea. And honestly, the Citadel Nuln Oil paint is a game-changer. Seriously, it’s the best piece of gear because it actually makes my miniatures look good – and that’s saying something!
You can get a first look at the game in its announcement trailer.
Also coming in 2026 is the sequel to Auroch’s first-person shooter, Boltgun.
