2026 started off strong for mobile and PC gacha games with the January release of Arknights Endfield, which added base-building and open-world gameplay. And there’s much more on the way! The Seven Deadly Sins: Origin

Seven Deadly Sins: Origin is an action role-playing game inspired by the well-known anime and manga series. The story centers around Prince Tristan of Liones and Tioreh, who find a powerful, enigmatic pendant called the Book of Stars. After discovering it in a cave, they emerge to a drastically altered world: the scenery has changed, previously extinct creatures now roam the land, and a dark corruption is spreading rapidly.

This game has fast-paced battles where you directly control characters and swap between them on the fly. Each character is unique, with their own elemental powers, basic attacks, special moves, and powerful ultimate abilities. Winning fights means keeping track of how quickly your abilities recharge, avoiding enemy attacks (which are clearly signaled), and switching characters at the right moments – because your entire team shares a single health pool.

The game’s release, initially planned for early 2026, has been moved to March 2026. This delay will allow developers to refine the combat and exploration elements. Beyond fighting and discovering new areas, players can also enjoy crafting, cooking, and improving their characters.

Silver Palace

Silver Palace is set in the industrial city of Silvernia. A limited beta test for the game was held globally from January 13th to 18th, 2026, allowing a select group of players to experience it before its official launch. Details about the gameplay are currently scarce.

Silver Studio, in partnership with Elementa, revealed their new game in May 2025 with a trailer, and pre-registration is now available. It will launch on PC and mobile devices, though a console version hasn’t been confirmed. Currently, the game is simply listed as “coming soon,” and a specific release date hasn’t been announced.

Chasing Kaleidorider

Platform: iOS, Android (PC planned)

Chasing Kaleidorider is a role-playing game with exciting, heart-pounding moments, created by Fizzglee Studios, which is part of Tencent. The game takes place in Terminus, a city plagued by a dangerous threat called Hysteria. Hysteria is born from people’s negative feelings and is causing chaos throughout the city.

In this game, you are the Navigator, leading a team of super-powered motorcycle riders known as Kaleido RIDERs. These girls are on a quest to find you, hoping you can unlock Kaleido Vision – a power that will help them defeat the threat of Hysteria. Battles are fought using a deck-building system where you create and play cards representing moves, directing the girls to unleash powerful attacks.

Azur Promilia

Platform: PlayStation 5, iOS, Android
Genre: RPG, Adventure, Action, Gacha

I’m so excited about Azur Promilia! It’s a brand new fantasy RPG from the creators of Azur Lane, but it’s a totally separate game. It’s set in this amazing world called Promilia, filled with different cultures, magic, and these cool creatures called Kibo. It sounds like a really immersive experience!

You take on the role of a “Starborn” exploring a huge, mysterious starfield. The game uses classic RPG elements like improving your skills, finding better weapons, and leveling up your character. What sets it apart is the ability to team up with Kibo companions – magical creatures that assist you in battles and help you collect resources.

Neverness to Everness

Hotta Studio, a part of Perfect World, is creating a game called Neverness to Everness (NTE) using the Unreal Engine 5. The game is set in the city of Hethereau, where the ordinary and the supernatural blend together.

You’re an Appraiser, tasked with investigating strange events in the city – everything from small disturbances to serious threats. You use special abilities called Esper powers to handle these situations. As you delve further into the mysteries, you’ll team up with others who also have Esper powers and work together to uncover the truth.

This game is an action role-playing game with a 3D perspective. You’ll explore a large, open world and can move around using a variety of methods – running, jumping, sprinting, climbing, swimming, and driving. The game features multiple characters, each with unique special abilities that can be combined for powerful effects when you switch between them.

Star Savior

Star Savior is a role-playing game where you collect and develop characters, created by the studio behind Counter:Side. Like Umamusume: Pretty Derby, building relationships with your characters is a key part of the experience. Battles are turn-based, and you’ll assemble teams of four characters, each with special skills. The game is already available in Japan and Korea, having launched in November 2025, and will be released worldwide in March 2026.
