19. Cusack

In his role as the ex-master of Zeldris and being the eldest demon, Cusack possesses an immense amount of power. Chandler, when paired with him, is believed by Zeldris to be sufficient to fill all nine empty spots in the renowned Ten Commandments. As Arthur Pendragon states, his power is said to match that of Zeldris.
In the story of Excalibur, his presence is so formidable that mere mortals find him utterly petrifying. Merlin describes Cusack as a beast whose power surpasses even the Ten Commandments, and he ranks second only to Chandler among demons in the Demon Realm, save for the Demon King himself.

Similar to other divine beings of their kind, Mael possesses wings that enable flight. Initially frail, Ludociel recognized Mael’s hidden potential, believing he would exceed these early limitations in time.
From a movie lover’s perspective, according to Ludociel’s convictions, it was Mael who emerged as the most powerful among the four archangels we know of. Interestingly, even my older brother, the self-proclaimed commander of the Four Archangels, openly acknowledges that he cannot rival Mael’s strength when his power peaks at high noon.
15. Ludociel

As head of the Four Archangels, Ludociel exudes extraordinary strength. Just being around him can make King (in Gloxinia’s form) and Diane (in Drole’s body) tremble with fear. With his sharp intellect, vast magical abilities, and magnetic charm, Ludociel commands respect as the leader among the four archangels.

14. Derieri (Indura Form)

Much like other members of the Demon Clan, she harnesses the enigmatic dark energy to create wings for flight, a power that Meliodas has previously witnessed. His presence, together with the other Ten Commandments, exudes such immense power that it causes even the usually composed Hendrickson to break into a sweat in fear, and annoys Meliodas so much that he can sense Monspeet from great distances.

In summary, Zeldris is a strong demon – he’s the leader of the Ten Commandments, Meliodas’ younger brother, and the son of the Demon King himself. This is because he has tapped into some of his father’s magical powers and also holds the ability to lift a curse on him and Elizabeth.
When Meliodas assumes the role of the Demon King, he recognizes that he had underestimated Zeldris’ capabilities. He admits that although Zeldris has granted immense power to his father, this power still falls short compared to the true might of a Demon King – a realization that Zeldris acknowledges. The mere aura of Meliodas was so terrifying that it made Arthur Pendragon, who had once been mentored by Cusack, claim that it rivaled his former master’s power.
10. The Original Demon, Sinner

In his role as a member of the Seven Deadly Sins and the most powerful Fairy King ever known, King possesses immense strength. He’s so potent that he can defeat a mighty sacred knight on his own. As a fairy, King showcases distinctive abilities typical of his species. For instance, he can effortlessly hover or fly, change his appearance and clothing instantaneously, and move at speeds comparable to Meliodas and Ban.
Following Meliodas and Ban revealing their full might, it became evident that their power had soared to an astonishing degree. This was further underscored when he vanquished Helbram, a formidable Holy Grand Knight, all while shielding wounded individuals in the vicinity. Ban’s blood possesses restorative qualities, having been merged with the Spring of Eternal Life. This allows it to heal injuries in others and rejuvenate the Fairy King Woodland. However, this power was forfeited by Ban following his use of the Spring’s might to resurrect Elaine.
6. Escanor (The One Ultimate)

As a cinephile putting it in my own words, I’d say: Among the Seven Deadly Sins, there’s no one stronger than Escanor – he effortlessly took down Galand and Melascula, two formidable Ten Commandments, when the sun rose. My comrades Ban and Jericho couldn’t even scratch them, let alone defeat them. To both friends and foes alike, Escanor’s power is nothing short of monstrous.
Among the Ten Commandments’ most potent figures, Estarossa hesitated to accept that such immense power could belong to a human. Instead, he was gripped by terror at the might of Escanor.
5. Gowther (Demon)

As one who belongs to the Ten Commandments, Gowther possesses immense power. This is attested by Meliodas, who notes that his magical abilities were so formidable they caught the attention of the Demon King himself. So powerful was he that the Demon King compelled him to take on the Command of Selflessness to bolster the demon clan’s might. When Gowther refused this command, he was locked away for over 500 years before finally being freed from a looming danger.

In other words, only this being, or the Demon King himself, or another equally powerful or stronger individual, has the ability to lift these enchantments.

As head of the Demonic Faction and boasting formidable strength beyond comparison, the Demon Monarch wields powers that are downright staggering; it’s important to note that even a small portion of his might is what makes the Ten Commandments the most powerful demons globally.
As per Meliodas’ explanation, the way to break the curse on both him and Elizabeth can only be performed by someone as potent as the Demon King or above. However, it is worth noting that the Supreme Deity is the one entity who matches the power level of the Demon King.

In simpler terms, his remarkable son acknowledged that even with his own maximum power, combined with Zeldris’ borrowed strength from their father, he couldn’t match his true potential or attain the power level of the Demon King.
