‘Until the Diddy Trial’: Nikki Glaser Reveals The Brutal Jokes She Dropped From Her Golden Globes 2025 Monologue

Nikki Glaser left the audience in awe with her exceptional hosting skills, amping up the show’s fun factor. However, it appears that numerous jokes had to be omitted for various reasons. Now, the comedian and actress has shared some of the bluntly humorous lines she chose not to perform during her act.

In her latest chat with Howard Stern on his Sirius XM program, Glaser shared an unspoken Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs joke from the event. She disclosed to the host that she said, “This is likely the last time you’ll all be in the same room together until Diddy’s trial.

The comedian informed the host that referencing another co-founder of Bad Boy Records once more was effective, noting, “Moreover, you only get a single ‘Diddy’ reference.” Additionally, she clarified, “You’re also implicating the people present in it, and they might retaliate against you.

Additionally, she discussed the humor surrounding the Conclave, a joke that touched on the topic of pedophilia. Glaser explained their decision to exclude this joke from their work, as it’s a subject that has already been heavily satirized concerning the Catholic Church, and they felt there was no need for further exploration of such a sensitive topic.

The comedian continued to share with Stern details of her additional joke, in which she playfully referred to Adrien Brody as a “two-time survivor” of the Holocaust due to his roles in two films with similar themes (The Pianist and The Brutalist). However, the part that was removed from the joke involved a hypothetical scenario where Brody would thank baby Hitler for kickstarting his acting career if he had the chance to travel back in time.

The host of the Golden Globes casually commented that her Gen Z assistant failed to understand the humor behind the time travel and Hitler reference, finding it outdated. The comedian and actress quipped, “It seems we’ll miss connecting with an entire generation due to that joke, and I’ve needlessly mentioned ‘Hitler’ for nothing.

During her interview on Stern’s program, Glasser disclosed additional humor she hadn’t shared during her hosting gig at the awards event. These jabs were aimed at Luigi Mangione, Glenn Powell, Ben Affleck, Nicole Kidman, Alec Baldwin, Timothee Chalamet, and made fun of “Only Murders in the Building” as well as Dax Shepard.
