The acclaimed anime “Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End Season 1 Part 2,” which won the Best Drama, Best Director (Keiichiro Saito), Best Background Art, and Best Supporting Character at the 9th Annual Crunchyroll Anime Awards, will be available for purchase in North America as a special Limited Edition Blu-ray™ and DVD box set on October 21, distributed by Crunchyroll.
The Limited Edition box set for Season 1 Part 2 of “Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End” has been crafted to mimic Frieren’s suitcase from the show. Inside, you’ll find a 200-page art book, three cards with artwork of different character combinations, an acrylic figurine showing Frieren in a battle with a mimic, a blue moon weed flower keychain for your luggage, seven distinct character sticker sheets, and seven character shikishi boards, all adorned with images of Frieren, Himmel, Eisen, Heiter, Fern, Stark, and Sein.
The custom-made gift box suitcase will also be spacious enough to accommodate the first part of Season 1 of “Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End,” a series that was launched on Blu-ray in December 2024 and is currently up for grabs at the Crunchyroll Store.
Purchases made from the Crunchyroll Store for Limited Edition items will come with a special Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End keychain as long as supplies are available.
The collection of a standard Blu-ray and DVD set for Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End Season 1 Part 2, due out on September 23rd, comes with three character art cards included.
For “Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End” Season 1 Part 2, both the Limited Edition and Standard Edition Blu-ray and DVD sets will feature all episodes of the mini anime titled “Magic of [Unknown]”, which is officially subtitled for the first time. Additionally, they will include the “Frieren: Journey’s Memory” special video, along with other special features.
