Additionally, new sequences featuring Nicholas Hoult as Lex Luthor and Skyler Gisondo as Jimmy Olsen have also emerged.

The footage is taken from the theater release of the last trailer, currently being screened before movies starting July 11th. Additionally, Gunn shared a brief teaser online that includes Tyler Hoechlin as Superman (Clark Kent), Rachel Brosnahan portraying Lois Lane, and Gisondo as Jimmy Olsen.

Superman Tickets Off to a Strong Start

The full trailer launch has generated considerable anticipation at the box office, with Superman garnering significant early interest. Notably, Amazon Prime Early Access screenings scheduled for July 8 have surpassed Fandango’s record for the highest first-day ticket sales in 2025. This feat even outshines Marvel’s Fantastic Four: First Steps, a film that had previously been one of the year’s most promising advance ticket sellers.

Tickets for general admission are now available, featuring a unique Father’s Day Hero Pack and a Collector’s Kit as part of the package.

Superman is set to make its official debut on July 11 domestically, while it will be released internationally two days earlier on July 9. Preview screenings at Amazon will take place on Tuesday, July 8, followed by the start of Thursday previews on July 10. James Gunn is both writer and director for this film.

In this production, David Corenswet takes on the roles of both Superman and Clark Kent, while Rachel Brosnahan portrays Lois Lane, and Nicholas Hoult steps into the shoes of Lex Luthor.
