The White House stood by President Trump’s reaction to an outburst. According to Communications Director Steven Cheung, the President responded appropriately to someone who was yelling angrily and using offensive language.

TJ Sabula, a 40-year-old employee, admitted to yelling at the president, explaining he was criticizing the president’s response to the Jeffrey Epstein case. He has been suspended from his job while the company looks into what happened, but told reporters he has no regrets about speaking out.
Ford has responded to the video, stating they do not tolerate disrespectful behavior in their workplaces. According to David Tovar, Ford’s Executive Director of Corporate Communications, respect is a core company value, and they have procedures for addressing inappropriate conduct, though they don’t publicly discuss individual employee matters.
