On a recent episode of The Drew Barrymore Show, Chris Hemsworth reminisced about his marriage to Spanish model and actress Elsa Pataky. Hemsworth fondly recalled the moment they first crossed paths and spoke about how their initial date set the stage for their wonderful love story.

In an open discussion, Barrymore voiced her admiration for his wife, to which he responded by praising her as “remarkable.” He emphasized that Pataky is the one who keeps everything running smoothly, managing the household when he’s away, caring for their three children, and looking after all their pets.

Apart from sharing details about their encounter, the actor explained that they had a common dialect coach who suggested they meet. He admitted to looking up the person online and finding an attractive photo of her, leading him to obtain her phone number. They then went on a date, and as fate would have it, their story continued.

On their initial date, the Spiderhead actor mentioned that his girlfriend’s entrance on a motorcycle significantly shaped their relationship. He explained, “Her arrival on a motorcycle sparked my interest as it suggested she was daring,” indicating his immediate impression of her adventurous spirit.

Besides stating that his family embraces an energetic lifestyle, Hemsworth emphasized the importance of sharing common hobbies. He elaborated that while it’s intriguing and enjoyable to have diverse backgrounds, discussing various topics and experiencing unique dynamics, having identical passions for outdoor activities, sports, and such like keeps things engaging.

Apart from sharing their acting skills, the performer casually mentioned they share their home with a variety of creatures – everything from reptiles like snakes and lizards, to equines such as horses and donkeys, not forgetting cats, hens, dogs, and feathered friends. They quipped that upon returning from trips, it seems there’s always a fresh addition to their already bustling menagerie.
