Nezuko travels inside a lightweight but durable wooden box that protects her from sunlight. Tanjiro carries the box, allowing him to move quickly between villages and battlegrounds with her, even before she can withstand sunlight herself. It’s designed to be easy to carry over long distances and rough landscapes.
