Holland expressed gratitude for reaching a stage in his profession that allows him to step away, recharge, and return refreshed. He emphasized that it’s impossible to be involved in every film, and peak performance can’t be achieved when one is exhausted.

For the year 2026, the actor has secured not one but two significant roles: he will be part of “The Odyssey,” helmed by Christopher Nolan, portraying Telemachus; and he’s set to reprise his role as Peter Parker in “Spider-Man: Brand New Day.

Earlier, in 2023, Holland opted to take a year off following his work on The Crowded Room, stating that it was something he “found necessary” after consistently acting since he was 11 years old.

During his brief breaks, Holland mentioned that the most memorable moment for him was when he won a golf tournament with his brothers and professional golfer Tommy Fleetwood. “It was the best day of my life,” he exclaimed. “I picked up the phone to tell my girlfriend, ‘Guess what?
