Tom Holland Gives Update After Spider-Man 4 Injury: ‘I’m Feeling Better’

Tom Holland has let fans know he’s getting better after hitting his head – he suffered a concussion while shooting Spider-Man: Brand New Day last week.

Following his attendance at a fundraiser for The Brother’s Trust – the charity he established with his family – the actor shared a post on Instagram.

Holland’s Message

“What a night! Another huge success,” Holland shared in his post. He expressed his gratitude to his mother and her friends for putting together the event, which collected donations for several different charities.

I apologize for having to leave the event prematurely, but I’m now feeling much better and recovering well,” he said, confirming he was getting better. Holland also gave a shout-out to his father, comedian Dominic Holland, for skillfully taking over and keeping the show entertaining after his departure: “The show got considerably funnier 😂.”

The Brother’s Trust

Founded in 2017, The Brother’s Trust uses Holland’s public image and influence to support charities around the globe.

The event included both raffles and real-time fundraising. Holland expressed his thanks to everyone around the globe who participated in our raffles, which helped raise vital funds for some truly wonderful charities.

Spider-Man: Brand New Day Production

Production on Spider-Man: Brand New Day was temporarily paused following Tom Holland’s injury, but reports indicate filming will start up again on September 29th.

The movie is still planned to come out on July 31, 2026. Zendaya will be back as MJ, and the cast now includes Sadie Sink, Liza Colón-Zayas, and Marvin Jones III, who will play the villain Tombstone.
