Todd Stashwick Joins the Cast of the ‘Vision’ Series — Here’s Our Best Guess on His Role

As a dedicated fan with over two decades of Marvel comics under my belt, I am thrilled about the upcoming ‘Vision’ series! The introduction of new characters like Todd Stashwick‘s human assassin adds an intriguing layer to the storyline.

The Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) is currently developing numerous films and TV series for Disney+, with fresh news emerging regarding the forthcoming ‘Vision’ series. This intriguing project focuses on a character known as White Vision.

It has been confirmed that James Spader will return to his role as Ultron, and there’s a possibility of Scarlet Witch being featured too. Previously, Vision was already part of the ‘WandaVision’ series along with ‘Agatha All Along.’ However, it seems like this could also introduce new characters and unveil fresh storylines.

The narrative unfolds post-‘WandaVison,’ focusing on White Vision’s breakout from Westview. It remains to be seen how Ultron factors into the plot, but it is certain that the storyline will center around White Vision’s quest for purpose in life.

In the course of this adventure, we’ll meet a fresh character, portrayed by Todd Stashwick. According to reports, this newcomer, who starred in ‘Picard’, is said to take on the role of a human assassin. This assassin is pursuing White Vision and the sophisticated technology he holds.

As a gamer diving into this virtual world, I’ve often found myself pondering over the question of how a human could take down an advanced AI like Vision. Yet, it’s crucial to keep in mind that my character might be equipped with some heavy-duty tech of its own. After all, every game has its surprises!

Given that Stashwick’s character is referred to as “human,” it limits the scope of roles he could take on. He may be acting as an original character or a revised interpretation of a comic book hero, with his powers being scaled back compared to traditional portrayals.

It’s conceivable that Stashwick might take on the role of Spymaster, more specifically Ted Calloway. In the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU), there’s already a Spymaster, but in the comics, different characters have taken up this title. The character known as Spymaster, regardless of who’s under the mask, is often an adversary of Tony Stark and has been involved in numerous attempts to pilfer Stark Industries technology. He’s also worked with a number of villains and organizations such as Justin Hammer and A.I.M.

As a cunning gamer, I’m on the trail of White Vision, a mysterious figure whose secrets could tip the scales for my competing factions. My goal is to unravel his enigmatic past and exploit his powers for my own advantage.

In another scenario, Stashwick might portray the character known as Bushwacker, or Carl Burbank. Initially, this character is often at odds with Daredevil, the Punisher, and Wolverine, but could just as easily be introduced in a storyline involving White Vision. Over time, he may encounter other heroes. Previously, Burbank was a priest who later worked for the CIA; subsequently, he underwent cybernetic modifications that transformed his right arm into a versatile weapon, allowing him to switch between weapons such as machine guns and flamethrowers.

Following his departure from the CIA, Burbank transitioned into the role of a freelance assassin and mercenary, frequently employed for tasks like taking out mutants, superheroes, and various other high-profile targets. Over time, he came to be known as “Bushwacker.
