Paul Atreides, played by Timothée Chalamet in this adaptation, will assume the role of emperor in the movie, going by his character name “Paul Muad’Dib” Atreides.

Previous whispers hinted that the film would be entirely captured using IMAX cameras, reminiscent of Dune Messiah. However, fresh news has cleared up this speculation, revealing that while some sequences will be filmed in IMAX, it won’t be a full-blown IMAX production. Instead, these scenes will be tastefully woven into the movie, offering an immersive experience without dominating the entire production.
