Eclipse Glow Games showcased an intense boss fight during Thursday’s Xbox Partner Preview. The gameplay reveal for their upcoming title, Tides of Annihilation, featured four minutes of action-packed combat. While the fight itself was exciting, many viewers were particularly impressed by the game’s stunning graphics.
The four-minute trailer for Tides of Annihilation showcases a complete boss battle. Gwendolyn, a main character in the game, fights Tyronoe, The Ferryman – one of Morgan le Fay’s eight sisters. The battle begins in London and expands into the otherworldly realm of Avalon, giving players a look at the game’s combat and its unique ally system. The trailer highlights the Dual Frontline Battle system, featuring Lamorak, who players can control alongside Gwendolyn throughout the fight.

Tides of Annihilation was a highlight of the Xbox Partner Preview event, but it’s worth noting that the trailer footage was recorded on PC. It’s currently unclear if the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC versions will look as good. The game is planned for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S, and will likely support Xbox Play Anywhere. A release date hasn’t been announced yet, but you can find more details on Xbox Wire.
