Thunderbolts: Who is The Void? New Teaser Hints at the Introduction of the Supervillain; WATCH

A fresh trailer from Thunderbolt has been unveiled, brimming with action scenes and teasing the prospect of multiple antiheroes joining forces in an epic collaboration. The team consisting of Winter Soldier, Ghost, and others is being referred to as the new version of the Avengers. Intriguingly, this trailer also introduces a sinister character, The Void, who adds an ominous undertone to the group dynamic.

As a lifestyle expert, I can’t wait for the premiere of The Sentry in the Marvel Cinematic Universe! However, it’s essential to delve into his mysterious dark side and uncover the powers it wields. Knowing both sides of this superhero will enrich your viewing experience.

In case you’re not familiar, the role of Sentry/The Void in Thunderbolts has been cast with Lewis Pullman. His human persona is named Bob, but his true comic book identity is Robert Reynolds.

Discussing The Void, it represents a shadowy and destructive entity that forged an alliance with Robert Reynolds, or Bob in this instance, during his transformation into Sentry. Essentially, it serves as a manifestation of his darker traits. Although it lacks human characteristics, The Void is not merely an individual but rather a powerful force, capable of assuming any form or size at its discretion.

Interestingly, The Void possesses the power to obliterate humanity and our world. It’s challenging for Bob and disheartening to realize that he must continually fight against The Void, struggling internally to prevent it from overwhelming his thoughts and control. Yet, every time, when he activates his powers and transforms into Sentry, the battle only intensifies further.

In simpler terms, during his high school freshman year, Bob acquires the power to transform into Sentry after he obtains and uses a highly potent version of the Super Soldier serum, which scientists were enhancing drastically for increased effects.

Thunderbolts will be released in theaters on May 2, 2025.
