Thunderbolts Post-Credits Scene Features Avengers: Doomsday Twist You Didn’t Know About; Find Out

As a devoted fan, it’s clear to me that Marvel Studios is once again hitting their stride with the unveiling of Thunderbolts. The captivating narrative and stellar lineup of fresh characters have already made quite an impression, but what truly left me spellbound was the jaw-dropping post-credit scene that had theatergoers gasping and cheering.

For those who haven’t watched the film yet, we’d like to warn you—spoilers ahead.

In the second extra scene after the credits, the Thunderbolts assemble for a discussion, expressing their concerns about Sam Wilson claiming the title of Captain America and thus stripping them of the name “The Avengers.” When Yelena encourages Bucky Barnes to talk with his old friend about it, Bucky confesses that he’s already done so—and the conversation didn’t turn out positively.

With their brand-new attire and refreshed appearance, the team receives a warning about an unknown celestial body out in space. Employing sophisticated technology at their disposal, Yelena swiftly displays images of the enigmatic object mysteriously hidden among the stars.

Upon initial observation, the object seems like a typical spaceship. However, upon closer inspection by the latest Black Widow, it’s unveiled as none other than the Fantastic Four’s vessel.

During a chat with Variety, filmmaker Jake Schreier (famous for his work on Paper Towns and Beef) revealed that the astonishing post-credit scene was recently shot only four weeks prior.

I didn’t order that scene; it was the Russos directing on the set of Avengers: Doomsday. It was a blast to witness my friends take on such a larger-than-life production,” he continued, expressing his enjoyment.

As a fervent enthusiast, I can’t help but excitedly share that the stellar cast of “Thunderbolts” includes none other than Florence Pugh, Lewis Pullman, Wyatt Russell, David Harbour, Olga Kurylenko, Sebastian Stan, and an array of additional talented individuals. The anticipation is palpable!
