LEGO unveiled some exciting new products at this year’s New York Toy Fair, including eight LEGO SMART Play sets and four more unique builds. Star Wars fans will be especially thrilled with one of the new sets, as it ties into the upcoming movie, The Mandalorian and Grogu, which hits theaters on May 22nd. To celebrate the movie’s release, LEGO has created a set featuring the popular character Grogu.

The LEGO Star Wars Grogu set lets you build your own version of the Mandalorian’s apprentice! With 1200 pieces, the finished model stands over eight inches tall and features Grogu wearing his signature shiny Beskar armor, along with a satchel and training gauntlet. It’s modeled after his appearance in the trailer for The Mandalorian and Grogu, hinting at a bright future for the pair. Grogu’s head, ears, and arms are all posable thanks to a clever lever system, and the set also includes a display plaque and a mini figure. For Star Wars and LEGO fans, this set is a must-have – it’s “the way” to bring a piece of the galaxy home!

Grogu enjoys eating, so this set comes with a yummy blue cookie just for him! You can have him hold it, or store it in his little bag for a snack later.

The new season of The Mandalorian and Grogu, created by Jon Favreau, brings back Din Djarin and Grogu as the empire falls apart and war looms. Pedro Pascal reprises his role as the bounty hunter, and he’s joined by Sigourney Weaver, playing a New Republic hero, and Jeremy Allen White as Rotta, the son of Jabba the Hutt. Jonny Coyne also returns as an Imperial warlord. With the premiere just weeks away, excitement is building, and a cute new Grogu LEGO set is only adding to the anticipation.
