In an interview with Cosmopolitan, JoJo Siwa shared her intentions for starting a family via surrogacy. At 21 years old, the singer expressed her desire to create a family in a manner that aligns with her personal identity and circumstances.
Siwa explained that as a gay woman, her pregnancy preparation is distinct from that of heterosexual individuals. She intends to use three eggs for fertilization and subsequently hire three surrogate mothers. Although each pregnancy would occur separately, they would all stem from the same set of eggs from Siwa.
She added, “I’ll have my surrogate children, and since their birthdays might not align, they could practically be triplets, yet distinct individuals.”
Siwa, who is looking forward to motherhood before many others in her species, admitted in an Access Hollywood interview in February that she and her partner have already got tattoos as keepsakes for their upcoming babies, and they’ve also arranged for a sperm donor.)

In a TikTok video, Siwa unveiled her tattoos and shared the meanings behind them. She explained, “This tattoo represents my future daughter, whom I’ll name Freddie. The next one is for my twin boys, whose names will be Eddie and Teddie.”
