Phyllis tells Billy that Daniel has agreed to take on the job. Billy clarifies that he chose Daniel mainly due to Phyllis, and that he’s not employing him with the intention of targeting Victor in any way.
While Phyllis shows enthusiasm for collaborating with Daniel, Nick brings up Billy’s previous self-centered actions as a reminder. But Phyllis stands by Billy, arguing that he has undergone a change.
In the city of Paris, Billy phones an enigmatic person, tasking them with gathering information regarding Nikki’s actions at Chancellor.
In a later part of the show, Damian confides in Holden about a past discussion he had with Amy and Nate. He acknowledges that it was challenging for him, particularly when he understood that all his beliefs were false.
Later on, Holden advises Damian to relocate from the city to Los Angeles. In the end, Damian agrees to this proposition.
Following their discussion, Audra arrives and gently nudges Holden to remember concealing their history together. This prompts Holden to remember an occasion where he aided her with Tucker. He promises to uphold this secrecy, finding it even more crucial now as he and Damian prepare to depart the city.
At the penthouse, Nate converses with Lily and Devon regarding Damian. They voice their doubts about him, but Nate appears to defend his half-brother, which puzzles Devon. This leads Devon to wonder why. Eventually, Nate confesses that he’s found it difficult to accept the fact that they are related.
In the future, Damian shares his wish for his mother to be forgiven by him. Later on, Devon queries Nate about how he’d feel if Damian didn’t follow through with that. Annoyed, Nate expresses his displeasure towards Damian, feeling that he doesn’t seem to care enough about their mother.
