In the community center, Phyllis conversed with Sharon, anticipating the arrival of Traci. Phyllis revealed her shock over her upcoming Europe voyage and sensed that Sharon was using it as an opportunity for a fresh start. Upon Traci’s entrance, they delved into discussions about Martin and the distress he had inflicted upon them.
Phyllis pondered if Martin would be released, but Traci informed her that Chance has a solid argument. Eventually, Traci felt remorseful for relying on Martin and inviting him into their circle. Phyllis sought further clarification, yet Sharon advised her to pause. Following Traci’s departure, Sharon and Phyllis exchanged an uneasy embrace.
At GCAC, Diane and Jack discussed their failure to notice Martin’s deceitful signs. Daine voiced her annoyance at being left in the loop regarding his actions. Jack suggested that Diane should feel free to voice her concerns if she believes he is making an error.
Additionally, Diane shared that she often felt left out within the Abbott clan and aspired for her home decor changes to potentially win their affection. However, Jack quickly assured her that she already belonged as a family member.
Traci came across them and expressed regret to Diane for maintaining a distance. She shared with everyone present that she would be stepping away from Genoa City temporarily, to concentrate on recovery and writing in New York alongside Ashley.
