Belle becomes the new boss after striking a deal

Belle Buckley covertly negotiated with the influential Parker clan to safeguard the Buckleys’ land from Wes. After purchasing the Buckleys’ bank loans, Wes aimed to seize their property. By persuading the Parkers to tackle Wes, however, Belle was obliged to assume leadership of the Buckley business empire.

In the last scene, Belle was seen towering over a defeated Wes, who had taken on the role of ‘the new authority figure.’ This revelation could stir up trouble since Belle hadn’t disclosed this business arrangement to her husband, Harlan.
