Whenever someone declares themselves a god, things usually don’t turn out well, and Lestat is definitely struggling right now. He might even be seeing things – like imagining Louis at his concert in the trailer for The Vampire Lestat. Still, after the way season two of Interview with the Vampire ended, we’re cautiously optimistic that something good might still happen… but only a little bit, okay?
We also enjoyed seeing Jennifer Ehle as Gabriella again – she looks fantastic! Her relationship with Lestat is definitely complicated.
One key character is noticeably missing from the latest trailer for The Vampire Lestat: Armand. It makes sense, since the show isn’t titled The Vampire Armand (at least not yet!), but fans are wondering where he is. The showrunner, Rolin Jones, has promised TopMob that Armand will make a grand, chaotic entrance, and we’re eager to see it happen. We’re hoping for even a small hint of what’s in store for Armand and Daniel in the new series. Please!
